The four checks

We don’t collect documents. We do the vetting.

Before a caregiver ever appears on CareLink, our team completes all four checks below — personally. No caregiver goes live until every one is done, and each is renewed every year.

Every caregiver must provide a valid JCF Police Certificate — no exceptions.

Interview

Every caregiver is interviewed by CareLink before she is ever presented to a family. In that same process we confirm the households she has served and the ages she has cared for through her reference calls — claimed experience is never taken at face value.
